TMZ acquired a great photo of what appears to be some work on Britney's mouth. No, it wasn't sewn shut.
I guess someone has to work on Britney. Spears looks like she bit into a puffer fish. I think. What would that do exactly? I can only guess that she thinks making her mouth bigger will allow her extra space for her Taco Bell. Those lips can act like a waiting room. That's pretty, um, smart?
Maybe it's part of her Halloween costume. It's scary as hell.
