Crazy person Anne Heche is anxiously waiting to marry her Men In Trees costar, James Tupper, just one obstacle in their way, that pesky thing called, D.I.V.O.R.C.E.

Heche is waiting for her divorce to be finalized from Coley Laffoon, her current husband, who reportedly, kinda likes the porn alot, who also shares 50/50 custody of their son, Homer, 5 with Heche.

"Anne is very happy with James and wants to remain with him for the rest of her life," a friend of the actress tells Star.  "She calls him her soulmate!"  Also on her agenda-a child with James!  "Anne doesn't get to see Homer like she used to, and it kills her," adds the chum.  "She misses him terribly."  Homer, 5, lives in L.A. with dad Coley, while Anne is in Vancouver filming the ABC dramedy.

Sweet isn't it?  Divorcing, hopefully remarrying, finding her "soulmate" and possibly bringing more children into this world, who will most definately, maybe, need therapy.  And alot of it.  I just love happy endings.
