"You're not a popstar" and neither is Britney anymore,ha. Now there's some high powered lawyer "talk". That's the statement that Brit's lawyer said to the judge. Ah huh, that's a pretty good argument. Good going bigwig lawyer. No wonder they pay you alot. Britney Spears' lawyer was in court today on her behalf because K'Fed'up's lawyer requested an emergency hearing on his client's behalf. Britney apparently is disregarding more court ordered drug testing and Federline is getting annoyed. Shocking.
Spears has been ordered to do 14 random drug tests but hasn't made it to at least eight of them. Her excuse? Well, there's the whole, "bad cell phone reception" and also, "popstars don't get up at 8am" according to Brit's lawyer, Anne Kiley. Well duh, of course they don't, even if they have young children to look after. Oh. Wait. Brit only gets one over night with her kids. My bad, forgot.
Neither Spears or Federline were in court today. She was probably sleeping or shopping or changing her outfit and he was probably working on his non hip hop career that doesn't bring in any income, therefore he has to get Britney to pay his $120,000 in legal fees. They're both shining stars aren't they? I am, however sad as it is to say, on team Federline, regardless of how pitiful that is. I know, that's shameful but really, look at my options.
No agreement was reached today and both sides will be back in court on Tuesday at noon. The custody agreement stays as is for now with the exception of Britney having to let her lawyer know when she changes her cell phone number, which she allegedly does alot. She changes her number more than she changes her underwear for petesake! Oh. Ya. She doesn't wear any. Scratch that. Anyway, Brit's lawyer will then let Kevin's lawyer know the new cell number and then K'Fed's lawyer lets the drug testing people know, so they in turn can call Britney on her new cell phone number. Dizzy yet?
