X17 thinks so. They spotted Vanessa - who was recently reported to be considering an offer to pose for Playboy - out shopping at a tots'n'kids shop in LA, with what may or may not have been a bit of a belly bulge.
Now, it could have just been a bit of sweater-bunching, and she might have been shopping for gifts for someone else's baby, but still: intriguing. Wonder what Jessica Simpson would say?
