There is a rumor that Britney may have had liposuction. I'm going to say no. First of all she doesn't look any different and second of all there isn't any bruising. I don't care how they sugarcoat it on Nip/Tuck, there has got to be some bruising. Maybe her boots had lipo.
The one thing that is true about this picture is that Britney's patio table gets more attention than anything else in her life (except Starbucks, Taco Bell and her dog). Does she own stock in Windex or something? I'm guessing that table is used for "entertaining" purposes and therefore requires the extra attention to detail.
