When I first saw the above headline at E!Online, I thought that it read Jonathan Rhys Meyers: Too Much Of The Barney. Which tells you a little something about how deeply I am embedded on the frontlines of the Toddler Zone. I seriously thought, whoa, weird, I didn't know he had kids! And then I thought, any amount of Barney is too much Barney. It wasn't until I clicked through to the story that I realized that the headline read Blarney and that it was referring to Rhys Meyers getting arrested for being all drunk and disorderly at Dublin International Airport in Ireland. Apparently he was exhibiting 'erratic behaviour' and was verbally abusive toward anyone who approached him.
Which, when you think about it, is all behaviour that could be triggered by excessive exposure to Barney. Also, those eyes of his? Those are the eyes of a man who has been watching way too much PBS Kids. You can practically see the dancing purple dinosaurs reflected in his eyes. I'm just sayin'.
