Definition of "homeless": not having a home (I'm practically a walking dictionary). So, is Michael Jackson really homeless?
The "King of Pop" is reportedly asking for friends' help because he and his children need a place to stay. Apparently he's been less than welcomed in various places that he's rented in Las Vegas and Washington, DC and has had to leave these rented homes.
There's been speculation that MJ might actually lose his Neverland Ranch since he is in default on a $23+ million dollar loan against the property. Apparently, Jackson has moved his three children-Prince, Paris, and Blanket (don't even get me started on their names)-to the home of his long time friend, supermarket billionaire, Ron Burkle, who lives in Beverly Hills. The source quoted in the New York Post said, "The whole family has been hiding out. They were holed up in Burkle's place behind the Beverly Hills Hotel. They even refused to come out of their rooms and hid when Burkle had guests over." Those kids will never know "normal" or any facet of it.
Explain to me, how someone who recorded and co-produced the best selling album of all time, Thriller, which has worldwide sales exceeding 104 million, could be homeless? Jackson was named, "most successful entertainer of all time" by the Guiness World Records, AND last November, The World Music Awards announced that Michael Jackson had sold over 750 million units, worldwide......and he's HOMELESS? What in the hell did he do with all of his money? So many questions, so many questions. Sigh.
