So many Britney Spears issues to discuss and so little time. On a happy (I think?) note, Britney is getting her boys for Christmas. Legal teams for Spears and Federline attended a court hearing to discuss what custody arrangements would be for the holiday season. Britster gets Sean Preston and Jayden James Christmas morning for sure. Los Angeles Superior Court spokesperson Allan Parachini confirmed: “There was extensive discussion and agreement on the visitation over the holiday period. It’s different from the existing [custody] schedule.”
Kevin’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan said, “Kevin thinks it’s absolutely appropriate that they both get to see the kids over the holidays.” Yes because mama is gonna take you boys to Starbucks and get you a cheeseburger from Burger King.
Reports are that both Spears and Federline are currently being investigated by the DCFS regarding their parenting abilities. Shocking! A source said that neither case was "particularly alarming" but that the department has a legal responsibility to investigate all claims. Britney has been investigated twice this year by the same agency, after anonymous tips. As well, her former bodyguard made claims about her questionable behavior around her two young sons. Again, shocking!
Finally, Britney's lawyer attended a hearing at a court in Van Nuys, California concerning Britney's arrest for driving without a valid license. Spears was charged with the misdemeanor after crashing into a parked car in the area in August. The LA City Attorney wants to give her 24 months probation for the offense. I say lock her up and throw the way the key! Oh, well, maybe that's a bit harsh. Britney's lawyer said that the City Attorney might be willing to drop the period down to 12 months, but "no misdemeanor violation verdict is satisfactory to me." Me either. B*tch gets away with too much as it is.
