There are 3 Canadians on the Famecrawler staff and none of us covered last week's story about Celine Dion cancelling her Halifax tour dates because Halifax doesn't like her. Why? Because we don't care. Because none of us like her, her music, her personality, looks or the way she walks.
For filler, I bring you the hot, sizzling news that Halifax's heart does go on for the nasally annoyance: they are naming a path on the Halifax Common after her. No word yet from Dion's grandfather father manager Rene on whether Celine will be permitted to attend the naming ceremony.
Also no word whether Halifax's residents will be required to pick up the dog poop along said path. Again, we just don't care.
