Pregnant Nicole Richie and her baby daddy, Joel Madden officially launched their non-profit organization, Richie-Madden Children's Foundation, to help moms in need.  They posed for photos at the launch as well.

The first time, soon to be parents, Richie & Madden, surprised 100 mom's to be by hosting a giant baby shower and gifted them with $200,000 worth of gifts.  The organization is planning on donating 100 Mom-to-be kids by the end of December as well.

I have to hand it to Nicole and Joel- sounds like they're taking parenthood seriously and growing up, tattoos and all!
