Didn't 'heroin chic' go out in, like, the nineties? Somebody needs to tell Victoria Beckham, who's been going around singing the style praises of Amy 'Don't Make Me Go To Rehab' Winehouse.
Beckham - who may or may not be pregnant, and so very possibly not in her right mind - said recently that Amy "has a
real sense of style that I just love. She's very much a fashion icon
and I adore what she wears. She's so unique and original."
Okay, unique and original, maybe. But coke-streaked nostrils went out with shoulder-pads, didn't they?
Beckham went on to say: "I've never met her but I just love her music - I've always
got it on at home with David and the children. She's an amazing singer."
Well, there you go. Posh has never actually seen Amy Winehouse. That would explain a lot.
