What is wrong with Britney Spears?
Spears was supposed to attend L.A. County Court on Wednesday at 10:00am PT, however the poptart "missed" her court deposition because she was "ill". And by ill, she obviously meant, let's get this party started ya'll!
Britster wasn't able to attend her court appointment because she's a shitty mother she was "sick", however, she recovered quickly and was able to go clubbin' and stay out until 2am Thursday morning. Wow, she really wants her boys back. Poor Sean and Jayden!
Brit may regret her decision not to show up for her deposition, because now she could be banned from appealing for enhanced custody of her children. Lawyers for her ex, Kevin Federline, are pissed that she blew off her court appearance but could take the time to party. Chief attorney for K'Fed, Mark Vincent Kaplan reportedly will ask Commissioner Gordon to bar Spears from asking for more custody rights.
A source was quoted, "This is the fourth time Britney has skipped the deposition. Kaplan feels she should not be allowed to go into court and ask to restore custody if she won't sit for a deposition to determine if she really is a fit parent. He could even ask for her to pay penalties, including Kevin's legal fees. Britney could even be held in contempt of court, but he doesn't plan to go there." You know, why not go there? Britney obviously needs a good slap in the head to wake her up! Does she know she's playing with HER CHILDREN'S LIVES?
Currently, Federline has temporary full custody of Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 15 months and receives $15,000 in child support per month. Spears has 3 supervised visits a week. At this point, I think Kevin Federline deserves FULL PERMANENT custody.
