The Material Girl, has apparently won her court battle concerning her adopted orphaned son, David Banda!
Madonna was seen leaving Cipriani restaurant in London Thursday evening and she seemed quite happy by the look on her smiling face.
A Malawi official was quoted as saying, "Mrs. Ritchie presents a confident and able parent. There are clear indications that David is becoming a happy, secure toddler. It is in the best interest of the child to remain in her care."
This has been a long time coming for Madonna, as she began the adoption process back in October of 2006. She was granted temporary foster care at the time. This past September, she was paid a visit by Malawi adoption officials, who had to decide if she was a fit mother. Madonna definately has a beautiful little family!
We have at least one pop star who knows how to be a good mom! Not naming any names.
