Britney might be in some deep sh*t ya'll.
Mark Vincent Kaplan and K'Fed'up are not happy that Kevin's ex, Britney Spears didn't bother showing up for her Wednesday morning deposition because she was busy dye jobbing her own hair sick. Kaplan is to ask the court to address 'some kind of remedy' against Spears.
Kaplan said to People, "I'm not mad -I can move forward with her or without her. But there will be a request to the court to address some kind of remedy to what I see as a willful non-appearance."
"But she was in fact out later that day and night. It's not fourth grade where you get a doctor's note and it's all OK. She was ordered to attend. And if there's a legitimate reason for her not to attend she would have to establish that."
Brit says that 'paparazzi harassment' keeps her from attending. Kaplan said, "All I know is that in my office there were no paparazzi." I'm sorry, but the paps don't stop Britster from getting gas, stealing or frequenting Starbucks, so I think she could make an effort to get to court to MAYBE GET HER BABIES BACK. Just sayin'.
This is the FOURTH time that the poptart has missed her deposition appointment. "This deposition was a court ordered proceeding. So it's a serious thing." Guess she was busy ELOPING.
Even though Spears is stalling and making lame excuses, Kevin's lawyer has ruled out seeking a contempt of court.
"We're not interested in punishing her. We're interested in getting the facts." To me, that seems like she just keeps getting away with this. Why not punish her? What about her precious sons? Why should Sean and Jayden have to pay the price because they have a lame mother?
