BREAKING NEWS: Jamie-Lynn Spears is Pregnant?

OK Magazine is reporting that 16 year old Jamie-Lynn Spears, younger sister of the popwreck Britney Spears, is PREGNANT!

Together with her mother, the Zoey 101 star spoke to the magazine in an exclusive interview.   

All we have heard at this point is that Jamie-Lynn wants to keep the baby and the father is allegedly Casey Aldridge.  The pair have been dating for some time.

Nickelodeon issued the following statement this afternoon: "We respect Jamie Lynn's decision to take responsibility in this sensitive and personal situation. We know this is a very difficult time for her and her family, and our primary concern right now is for Jamie Lynn's well being."

Might I suggest a gift basket of birth control for the entire Spears family?   Yeesh.

are celeb's above the law or are they also required to abide by the same standards as everyone else.......If casey aldridge is over 18yrs, and responsible for jaime lynn being pregnant.  He is guity of a criminal offense a felony of having sex with a minor under the age of eighteen.

It actually depends on the states age of consent. In some stats, parents would have to press charges- not the state.
