Talk about a story that just keeps on tickin'. Pregnant and 16, Jamie Lynn Spears is going to have her plate full for the next few months to say the least. However, nothing says, 'I can get through this' better than a cool million bucks.
The younger Spears daughter has reportedly signed a $1 million dollar magazine deal for exclusive photos of her newborn baby for OK!. A family source told TMZ.com: "Jamie's mom Lynne contacted OK! personally after they ran the story on Britney's meltdown while posing for a photo shoot with them. She thanked them for handling it so well and stayed in touch with the magazine." Right, Mama Spears was so thankful, she decided to whore out her youngest daughter's pregnancy and then, she'll be whoring out her grandchild. She's a real piece of shit work.
The insider continued, "She called them this week when she learned the news of Jamie's pregnancy was about to break. She asked them to keep Britney out of it, because this is about Lynne Spears and her unfit motherly ways Jamie Lynn. She trusted them to do it in a way that would be sympathetic to her daughter and don't forget padding her own purse. Lynne and Jamie didn't want money, but they have signed up for a $1 million photo shoot when the child is born."
While I have to say that a teen pregnancy isn't as cut and dry as 'blaming the mom/parents,' (the teens have some responsibility too) however, Lynne Spears is truly shameless when it comes to profiting from her CHILDREN. She makes me sick.
On a side note, it's believed that Jamie Lynn may be further along than the 12 weeks that has been reported. Sources are saying that the baby is due in the spring.
