Britney Spears in trouble?  Say it isn't so!

Spears was slapped with a lawsuit a few months back by her former manager.  She was supposed to provide an official answer or plea to Johnny Wright's uppaid commissions suit but of course Brit's been busy shopping, eating, forgetting to be a good mom and chowing down at Burger King.  A default has now been entered against her.

Wright claims that Spears stopped paying him in December of 2006 but was supposed to be paying him, according to their agreement, until February 2008.
