Kat Von D Pregnant?

Is tattoo goddess Kat Von D ready to ink out a baby?  According to her MySpace page it would appear so. 

The star of L.A. Ink and world record holder has been receiving numerous congratulatory comments regarding her "baby."  Either she's expecting or there is some industry lingo I'm not privy too.
