So Miley Cyrus' new single is all over the radio, and it's, like, a total rip-off of Corey Hart's Sunglasses at Night. Miley: the dude's not working, he's got a clutch of small children, and the residuals off of Sunglasses have got to be running out. Did you cut him some credit? A pay-off maybe? It's only right. Those babies need to eat.
I know - the kids don't know Corey Hart from Debbie Gibson, but whatevs. Sunglasses is a classic, and hearing it turned into tween pop is just a little bit disconcerting. Have a listen here, and see what you think.
