Do you know how hard it is to be Captain Hugh Hefner?  Not only has he had to date generations of beautiful women, but he's got all that money to count, and you know silk pajamas and smoking jackets aren't just waiting for him at Target- that look takes work. 

Apparently the pipes need a bit of work too.  Hef and his number one girl, Miss Holly Madison were spotted visiting a "plumber."  Just keeping the metaphor alive.

It was actually a doctor (in case you couldn't figure it out) that specializes in vitro fertilization.  See where this is going?
