People notice when David Beckham takes his clothes off - so what better way to bring attention to United Nations Children's Fund (David is a goodwill ambassador) than to take off his shirt and play some soccer?
Beckham traveled to poverty-stricken Sierra Leone on the weekend where he met with the locals and has asked the world to pay more attention to the "shocking" child mortality rates in developing nations.
He says: "We can't turn a blind eye to the tens of thousands of young children who die every day in the developing world mostly from causes that are preventable. Saving these children's lives is a top priority for UNICEF and as an ambassador I hope I can help to draw attention to this issue across the world."
