Madonna is sporting some black eyes....who punched her?  Perhaps a doctor?  And by punched, I mean, the Material Girl looks like she's been under the knife to freshen up maybe?

Madonna was also spotted back in early December (leaving a medical building) with bruising around her eyes, trying her best to hide beneath big sunglasses.  That photo sparked rumors that she may have had some work done then.

I say if that's what she wants to do, then all the power to her!
