Jessica Alba has boob fears? Kind of.  Alba was asked during a recent interview about how she's feeling lately with her pregancy and she said:

"Definately a lot more emotions.  Anything could make me incredibly angry or break down crying.  That's not something I'm used to."

The Fantasic Four actress admits to having "baby dreams":  "It [dream] had to do with breastfeeding which is the only thing I'm paranoid about.  More than giving birth."

Is she worried that her breasts won't look good?  Oh sweetie, they're gonna look fantastic!  Jessica is also doing her best to stay in shape during her pregnancy.  "I try to eat as healthy as possible... Exercise.  As long as I don't gain too much, too fast, that's the key."

I still think she should do a preggo nude photo shoot!
