Heath Ledger Remembered As An Amazing Father To Matilda

Posted by Sassy Smith

Matilda Rose was her father's heart and soul.  Heath Ledger is remembered as an amazing and doting father.

Heath left proof of his love and devotion to his baby girl cast in concrete outside of the Brooklyn brownstone that they lived in as a family.  Matilda's tiny footprints are forever there and daddy spelled out her name in capital letters.

Heath, Michelle and Matilda were once a happy family together in the four-storey house and Ledger was often seen out walking with Matilda.  Sources close to the actor said that the little girl was credited with helping her dad show his softer side when out in public.  Ledger was often an incredibly private person, but after the birth of Matilda, he would open up and speak of how great being a father was.

Little Matilda will never know her dad but I'm sure her mom Michelle Williams will keep his memory alive for their daughter.

Yes, I remember when my incredible father stayed out partying all night long.  Or took drugs to "sleep". Or dovorced my mother when I was too little to remember them even benig married at all.  Or lived in one city while I loved in another.  Yes, what an amazing father.  He took her for walks like a puppy and wrote her name in concrete on day.  Big deal.

So do you always believe everything the media tells you, or are you a close personal friend of his? Way to show some real sympathy for his family. I'm sure you are so much better. Why don't you take a look in the mirror before you start judging everyone else.

My daddy is a big man. Even though i got some of his genes i'm okay. I'm a big girl. I dont have very many friends either. only if my daddy could take me on walks. only if my daddy could walk at all. he has to wheel himself to the bathroom when he has to go. my mom walked out on us cuz my dad got lazier and lazier over the years. now i have to do everything. but doing everything doesnt help me keep my body slim. idk what is wrong with me. maybe its jst cuz i have a big family. but ya know i guess we're all built how god wanted us. and i guess god wanted me to be a "chunky" girl with a lot of responsibilities. but dont feel bad for me. and oh yea, Cassie don't get mad at heath just cuz ur dad didnt put your feet prints in the concrete. its not anyones fault that your parents got divorced, your dad took drugs and moved. its no ones fault but his own. it  was his choice to take drugs, it was also his choice to completely forget about you and your mom.....that's just the way life goes....if you want take me for a walk. call this number 402-300-0678

Way to go Kylie! I would have said almost the same thing if I hadn't read your message.Who are we to judge? yes, we all have opinions about everything or everyone and we are entitled to do so. But everyone from all walks of life deserves respect. I will not elaborate on sympathy, empathy, compassion, heartbreak, pain, loss of someone you love, and emptiness. Afterall, the type of person that would judge someone's character (especially when that person is dead) based on media and the external shallow things they see does not know what all these words mean or even feel them. I am sure this is just a blah blah blah to this person. You must be way too happy with your life expressing comments like that.
