According to court documents released on Monday, Britney Spears is allowed to talk to her sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1 on the telephone but is still not allowed to see them. Contrary to rumor, that decision had nothing to do with this frightening hairstyle.
Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled at last week's hearing that "(Spears) is to have telephonic contact with the minor children. All prior orders remain in full force and effect."
