Zoey 101 fans will be thrilled - the show is a go and the first new one of the season aired Monday night!  We had reported earlier that the show was NOT going to be cancelled and that's apparently the case.

The ratings exploded after word of Jamie Lynn Spears' pregnancy became public and that must have convinced them to bring it back.  The AP reports:

The show has continued to air in repeats since then, with little fanfare from the network, leading to speculation that its fourth season might be shelved. "The new season is under way. It premiered last night," Nickelodeon spokeswoman Marianne Romano told The Associated Press.

Jamie Lynn/Zoey fans, I guess you'll be getting your fix!
