Absolutely not what you're thinking.... Before Sam Lutfi got the big ol' boot in the ass to stay away from Britney, he brought her some junk good food - In-N-Out take out. When you're on the psych ward, you still want to be able to get your fix, ah, no pun intended.
Lutfi was of course swamped with questions by the paps. When asked how Britney's doing, he replied "good." Ah huh. She's probably better than Sam is at this point.
Spears' parents are in control now, but I expect Sam will put up a fight. I mean his cash cow is being cut off from him, so I betcha he'll be causing a stink!
