This morning I went looking for pictures of baby Max but there are none to be found -- yet. Seems Xtina believes she and her baby are worth a lot more than what they are. Stars are blind, Paris.
"The OK! wedding cover
didn't sell as well as they hoped, and even her recent Marie Claire
cover under performed, all things considered," a source says.
"Christina
has an inflated sense of her own value and seems to expect an
extortionate amount of money for these baby pictures. I'm not sure OK!
or much of the industry thinks is a dollar figure that's worth it. She
hasn't proven to be a real seller," another source confirms.
Further to that, she thinks she can tie the hands of OK! Magazine not to publish Nicole Richie's baby photos: "Christina can't stand
Nicole. Nothing would make her more upset than to see those two babies
on the same cover, even if it wasn't at the same time." Ouch.
The Grammy winner will be out on Tuesday night promoting her new DVD set, Back to Basics: Live and Down Under, at an autograph session at a Best Buy in Los Angeles.
Baby Max was born January 12th.
