For realz, this time. French President Nicolas Sarkozy and former supermodel, Jagger/Clapton/Trump-ex and sometime nudist Carla Bruni are officially married.
According to Associated Press, French President Nicolas Sarkozy married former model Carla Bruni on Saturday at the Elysee Palace, the couple announced, tying the knot less than three months after they reportedly first met.
In
a terse statement, the couple said only that they "were married this
morning in the presence of their families in the strictest privacy."
I was going to make a joke about whether the bride wore her birthday suit, but apparently - and against all convention, given her colorful past - she wore white. BORING. I expect better of the French.
