Britney Spears is not happy with her daddy, Jamie Spears. Brit wanted to take back control of her estate after her father was awarded conservatorship last Friday. Spears was contesting the decision, however as of today, her dad will remain as conservator until February 14.

Britbrit's new lawyer, Andrew Streisand, had requested that her bank and business manager be given the conservatorship, as having estranged dad Jamie in charge was causing his client additional distress.
The poptart is still in hospital. Will the craziness for this chick ever end?
