Life & Style is not only confirming that the actress is pregnant but that she is facing a high-risk pregnancy because of the possibility that she may have three buns in the oven. Take that, Katharine McPhee!
Because of some ominous signs of pregnancy complications during the last few weeks, the magazine is reporting that Jolie now has a full-time nurse who's never far from her side.
And by 'nurse' they mean Brad Pitt.
