In the strangest lawsuit I've seen in the celebrity world of late, Brandy's Mom is suing Kim Kardashian, and her sibling Kourtney, Khloe and Robert Jr. for taking her credit card and spending over $120,000 total on two separate occassions. Why they got the card a 2nd time after racking up $62,793.83 in 2006 is beyond me. In 2007 they spent another $57,841.82 in unauthorized charges.
The kicker? Some of the charges were made in their own stores with quite the appropriate name: Dash and Smooch.
Speaking of names, it makes me crazy how Kourtney and Khloe are spelled. GAH!
