I wish these two would just sleep together already and get it over with. In the latest chapter in the 'Chihuahua-Stealing Nicolas Cage vs. Lying Kathleen Turner' saga, Turner apologized to Cage. Well sort of. During an interview, Matt Lauer asked the actress about the feud and Turner cleverly replied:
"I guess what I can say is I'm truly sorry if I caused distress or harm, because one thing is for sure - I never, ever intended to do that. This is what I remember, these are my thoughts and (they were) certainly not intended to damage anyone else."
Note that Turner apologizes but doesn't issue a retraction as Cage's lawyer requested. Something tells me this isn't over. Hug it out, you two.
