...in her own home, according to John Eardley, who filed legal papers on February 14 in a federal court on behalf of Spears. Eardley told TMZ that Brit called him to retain his services as her new lawyer, although he admits she's not signed any kind of retainer agreement. She thought giving him a bag of Cheetos sealed the deal.
Anyway, "hostage" Britney was allowed out, and went to dinner with her daddy, Jamie Spears on Saturday night, February 16. The pair made their way to Club Social n Hollywood and of course they were mobbed by paparazzi - everyone wanting to get a shot of the "dolled up" Britney. Guys, she just put on some earrings and lipstick. That's hardly getting dolled up. Wait - we're talking about Britney here, so nevermind, that IS prettied up in her world now. My bad. Apparently a fight broke out among the paps too and someone got arrested.
