We've been saying that Kate looks pregnant for weeks chez Famecrawler, and now it looks like Page Six is catching up, running a photo series of bump-spicious photos.

Yep, for a girl that is usually super thin, she's got preggo butt and a belly - sure signs of a second pregnancy, I say.  The bigger question is... who's the baby's daddy?

I think a lot of the pics are pretty funny - she's flaunting a belly (so easily hidden these days) and just smiling.  Good for her!
