Britney Spears has won back visitation with her boys - with conditions. Lawyers for both parties have worked out a deal that everyone agrees with. Brit must visit her sons in a "therapeutic setting." Commissioner Scott Gorden has signed off on the agreement.
Both sides had agreed in theory about what they wanted to happen but neither could come to a firm deal last Tuesday. Kevin Federline wants his ex wife to have contact with their boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
Let's hope Britney gets her act together and is serious about making this work - for the sake of her tots.
