I'm not sure what Britney's plans are for Sunday night, but there's one thing she won't be doing - going to any Oscar parties.

Hollywood bigwigs have reportedly issued an order to make certain that the media swarms that always follow Brit do not detract attention from the Oscars, which are a respected annual event in L.A.

An insider told The Mirror, "While Brit is certainly a name in Hollywood - it's for all the wrong reasons.  She's a car crash waiting to happen and organisers don't want to take the risk of her showing up and creating a scene.

"Her presence at any party would instantly generate lots of publicity but while it's tempting to send out an invite, it's a hassle that they don't really want."

Geez, I think they have Britney pegged all wrong.  *Sarcasm incase you were wondering*

The 80th Academy Awards are this Sunday.
