Sweet baby girl, Dannielynn - daughter of the late Anna Nicole Smith and Larry Birkhead - has been officially declared the sole heir to her mother's estate.
Anna's companion and attorney Howard K. Stern had been fighting to honor Anna Nicole's final wishes - her will was drawn up in 2001 - five years before the birth of Dannielynn.
The judge also established a trust in Dannielynn's name and has named Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead as co-trustees. The little girl could possibly inherit millions from the huge trust of her mom's late husband, billionaire J.Howard Marshall. That court case is still tied up in the legal system.
