The headline on the latest issue of InTouch Weekly: WAS BRITNEY RAPED? Which, you know, is just a little bit horrifyingly provocative. 

There's no word yet on what the basis for the story is (rumors were floating around last month about the possibility that Britney was raped 'at a club' and that this was why she shaved her head, but those rumors didn't go anywhere - until now?) but some people are already up in arms over the headline itself. Are you ready for this? Perez Hilton is outraged that InTouch Weekly would publish such a gruesomely titillating headline unless it were certain - CERTAIN - that it were true:

Why put in the question mark there?????

They should either know she was or wasn't. Why put this story out there if it wasn't true or if they had doubts about its authenticity?????

We don't wanna question marks in covers! We want to know that what we're reading is FACT!
