Brooke Burke and fiance David Charvet have welcomed their first son!  The couple also have a daughter together and Brooke has two daughters with her ex-husband Dr.Garth Fisher.

Neriah,7,Sierra,5, and Heaven Rain,14-months are probably thrilled to have a baby brother!   The little bundle of joy was born at 11:31 a.m. Wednesday and weighed in at 6 pounds, 5 ounces and was 20 1/4 inches long.

Brooke's rep, Nancy Iannios spoke to In Touch exclusively.  "Mommy and baby are both doing great and healthy."  David adds, "and he's really, really cute."

The new mom recently launched her own online babystore at www.babooshbaby.com  - which features "Tauts," the post-pregnancy Belly Wrap.
