Lohan recently did a nearly nude photo shoot imitating Marilyn Monroe and she certainly didn't look preggo in those - but there's always the lovely thing called Photoshop.
I'm sure they'll be a "denial" from reps soon enough but until then it's fun speculating. And even if we do get the "no she's not" from her spokesperson, doesn't mean she's not pregnant. Been there, done that before. *Wink*
