Meanwhile Kate is apparently thrilled that her breasts were digitally enlarged in shots promoting her new movie Fools Gold. "I wish I had them. If I ever was going to get my boobs done, I'd take this photograph to the doctors. They look great."
Ironically, everyone else will be taking a photo of Kate's butt to their doctors.
