Oh, god, please NO.
The world gets enough Tori Spelling already. More than enough. We do not need Tori Spelling on primetime television, and we certainly do not need her on primetime television playing a self-styled MILF (*shudder*).
It's one thing for the powers-that-be in TV-land to plan a spin-off of Beverly Hills 90210 - a show that was, in its time, a classic. I'd probably watch that. Maybe. If it were late and I were on some sort of painkillers. But it's quite another to plan a spin-off of Beverly Hills 90210 and to leave the door open to even the remotest possibility of Tori Spelling reviving her role as skanky good-girl Donna Martin (really, was there ever a skankier virgin portrayed on primetime television? EVER?) turned friendly neighborhood MILF.
I mean, even just the concept of the MILF? Disturbing and retrograde (because, um, is there something about motherhood that makes women so off-putting as sexual partners that there needs to be a whole separate category for women who avoid that particular curse?) And Tori Spelling - vain, skanky, silicone-packed Tori - as MILF? Just plain disturbing.
