Whoa!  What celebrity mom has wicked abs of steel and her baby isn't even a year old yet?

Mel B aka Scary Spice....has a pretty sexy bikini bod!  She and her husband Stephen Belafonte enjoyed some sand and surf in Miami over the weekend.  The pair were sans kids, having some relaxing couple time poolside and later jet skiing.

Melanie has two daughters - a nine year old, Phoenix Chi with ex Jimmy Gulzar and Angel Iris, 11-months with douchebag Eddie Murphy.  I love her girls' names - very pretty!

Yeah, again with the astonishment that a woman who doesn't have to work for a living, and likely has a personal trainer to help her get back in shape less than a year after giving birth--wow--she looks great! How ever did she do it? Please.

Call it the "Dancing with the Stars" effect.  Not to mention the 'reunion tour with your old girl group dancing on stage every night' effect.  I don't doubt that she has a trainer, but this past year hasn't been an easy one for her, I'm sure.
