It's no secret that Ethan Hawke was "busy" with the hired help - his kids' nanny, Ryan Shawhughes - who now, is pregnant with his child.  Oh ya, uh, this happened (the affair, not the pregnancy) while he was still married to Uma Thurman.  The "nanny incident" came shortly after another alleged affair with aspiring model Jen Perzow.  Of course Ethan denies it, however Uma alluded to there being infidelity in their marriage and described her divorce as "excrucitating" when discussing it in interviews and the pair don't get along even though they share custody of two kids - Maya Ray,9, and Levon Roan, 6.

Now it seems, that Hawke is either not over his ex-wife or he's just an ass - could be a bit of both.  He recently "performed" on stage, in front of an audience and it wasn't pretty.

He proceeded to sing a ditty that included lyrics about "not caring if [he] ever saw New York again," "the lawyers," and — most telling — "my wife." Uma! "My wife hates me," he sang, adding something about how she would call him a prick, how he longed to send for his children, tralalala singing stuff. We were intoxicated, both with beverages and with memories of Dead Poets Society. And then! "My wife is a big fat beast," he sang. We gasped, along with the rest of the audience. He called Uma fat! In public! Sheepishly, Hawke broke his musicianly stride: "Yeah, I was very upset at the time." And still is, we suspect.

"My wife is a big fat beast?"  Hmm, Ethan had better take a good look at himself because I'm pretty sure his ex isn't fat nor is she a beast - he's the one who cheated on her.  At least twice.

Perhaps he should get over it and grow up and concentrate on setting a good example for his two children.  Just a thought.
