Rapper 50 Cent is being sued!
The 32-year old rapper is being sued by ex girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins because she claims that Fiddy is trying to evict her and their 10-year old son, Marquise, from their Long Island home.
Court papers filed in Manhattan, accuse 50 of breach of contract. Shaniqua's lawyer says that 50 Cent broke a promise to buy a house for her. He was supposed to put the house in her name but when the closing came around, he put the house in his name only.
Tompkin's receives child support from the singer, who's real name is Curtis Jackson. 50's lawyer has not made a public statement.
Hopefully the ex's can work this out for the sake of their son. I'm quite certain Fiddy can afford to give them the house!
