Okay, fine, so Kate Moss used be one of the world's top supermodels and an unparalleled trendsetter, but recently? She's been looking more like a bedraggled, over-stressed mom than a trendy girl-about-town with an unlimited clothing budget. So why is she at the top of Glamour Magazine's Best Dressed Women list, alongside such fashion trainwrecks as Victoria "I Can Has Binky" Beckham and Keira "Oh Hai Mah Ribs Let Me Show You Them" Knightley? Seriously?

Not that there's anything wrong with looking like a bedraggled, over-stressed mom - I speak as just such a person - but wearing the same grey faded jeans four days in a row and neglecting to comb one's hair usually doesn't get one posted to the top of Glamour's Best Dressed Women list, which is compiledo n the basis of reader submissions and votes.

Also on the list, as mentioned, against all reason: Victoria Beckham, who should be banned from all such lists FOREVER just on the basis of her Marc Jacobs ads alone. Are Glamour readers on CRACK?

Why, in the name of all things Karl Lagerfeld, was Angelina Jolie not on this list? Cate Blanchett?

On the worst-dressed list: Britney Spears. Which, at least they got one thing right.
