Richie Sambora is in a bit trouble. Which, you know, can happen when you drive drunk with kids in the car.
According to People.com, police have recommended to prosecutors that Richie Sambora be charged
with DUI and child endangerment – both as misdemeanors – stemming from
his March 25 arrest, says a source close to the case. Sambora was arrested in Laguna Beach last month after police
spotted him driving unsteadily in a Hummer. In the car was Sambora's
girlfriend, Jenn Mallini, his daughter, Ava, 10 (whose mother is
Sambora's ex, Heather Locklear), and her teenage cousin.
Which, you know, not so good. Driving drunk is bad enough, but driving drunk while your kid is in the car? Not so good, squared. And in front of your girfriend? DUDE/
(Richie, you'll recall, fell out with Locklear after he got involved with her best friend, Denise Richards, with whom he split last year. He's not so good with the judgment calls, is he?)
