A lot of pregnant women have their own little baby rituals - things that they like to do before their baby is born to help ensure that all goes well and gives them peace of mind.  What does Jessica Alba do?  I actually like her idea!

Alba celebrated with family and friends at her baby shower on April 6 and she gave her guests braclets and then asked that they say a prayer for "life, love, healthy et cetera."  They were asked to wear the braclets until after Jessica's baby is born - this ritual helps ensure a healthy baby, or at least those that believe in it.

About 30 friends and family members attended the party and the event was organized by Jessica's manager and his wife.  Alba confirmed she was expecting a girl and has reportedly named her Honor.
