Geez, we can't even get a truly straight answer from Ashlee Simpson or Pete Wentz on whether she's actually pregnant, yet her baby's photos are going to fetch one million bucks?  Maybe she already had the baby!

Joe Simpson, Ashlee's creepy dad has reportedly been trying to broker a deal, as her business manager, to sell her unborn baby's photos for a cool mil.  He may not like Wentz or be thrilled that his daughter is going to marry him and have his baby, but hey, that grandchild will bring some cash in.  It just may not be the kind of cash that Papa Joe is expecting.

A source told Pagesix, "Joe is contacting all the weeklies and asking them to pony up $1 million to put Ashlee on the cover."  Hey Nicole Richie's baby Harlow's photo brought in $1 million, so I'm doubting Ashlee Simpson's kid will get that much - not that her baby will be less important than Nicole's baby - it's just that Nicole is kind of more famous than Ashlee - or at least more interesting.

The source said, "The deal would include photos of Ashlee - taken by Joe, of course, so he can make more money - an interview and photos of the baby when she has it."  Don't you mean if she has it - we still aren't sure she's sperminated.

So far, no takers on the photo deal - Papa Joe's gonna have to work it some more.

An unnamed editor thinks the one million dollar price tag is too high, "$60,000 maybe - but definitely not a million!"  Ha.
